This form sends your contact details and the case information you choose to provide to Custody Project, for Attorney David Crawford to review your inquiry and discuss possible representation.

What happens when you submit.

We store your submission in our firm's hosted database. The contact details and case narrative are encrypted before storage. They are not displayed on the public website. Authorized firm personnel with access to the intake system can review them.

Your answers stay in this page while you work through the form. We do not save an unfinished intake in your browser's persistent storage. Closing or refreshing the page before submission may clear your answers.

Booking your call.

After submission, you can continue to Calendly to choose a call time. Calendly handles the scheduling information you enter there under its own privacy policy. We do not put your case narrative into the scheduling link.

Before representation begins.

Submitting this form or booking a call does not create an attorney-client relationship. Representation begins under a signed engagement and retention agreement. Please do not include Social Security numbers, payment details, passwords, or copies of private records in this initial form.
