ATTORNEY DAVID CRAWFORD
How we work.
A voice for parents fighting for custody.
My mission is to reunite parents with their children and change custody law in Georgia.
Getting started.
Tell us about your case.
Tell us a little about your case, in your own words.
We have a quick call.
We talk through your situation and how we can work together.
Work begins.
You sign an engagement letter, receive a signed copy, and work begins under that agreement.
OUR APPROACH
Plan of attack.
Physical custody in this jurisdiction is often won by campaign.
By campaign, I mean a long series of coordinated, strategic efforts to address the same problem and defend against the many attacks that may come against you.
In all likelihood, the opposing party in your case has been campaigning against you for some time. Our plan of attack is to neutralize falsehoods and narrative control early. That is what we work with people on.
REPRESENTATION
From our entry into the case to its resolution.
We offer full-service representation in divorce, legitimation, contempt, and modification cases.
That includes the related work: discovery, mediation, settlement negotiations, hearings, and final trial. The engagement and retention agreement sets out the work we will handle in your case.
FEES & FINANCING
What representation costs.
The first four months
$3,000
One flat fee covers the first four months of representation.
Beginning in month five
$450 / month
The monthly fee continues while your case is pending.
Financing is available.
No-interest financing (0% APR) for up to 36 months is available, subject to approval and terms.
If you finance the initial $3,000 fee, those financing payments may continue alongside the $450 monthly fee that begins in month five.
Affirm checks eligibility. Availability and lender terms vary. View Affirm’s lending partners.
What the flat fee does not cover.
The flat fee does not include costs for process serving, mediation, or private or court-appointed experts, including guardians ad litem, custody evaluators, and mental health evaluators.
All cases, services, fees, financing, and costs are subject to the express terms of an engagement and retention agreement and any applicable financing agreement.
